The neck is one of the first places to show our age. With each passing year, its fragile skin, delicate bones, and thin layers of muscle and fat tissue continue to erode until you’re tempted to invest in multiple surgical procedures or a large wardrobe of scarves and turtlenecks. This meetup will show you how to deal with neck aging without going to extremes. Lavinia will demonstrate exercises that help eliminate jowls, turkey wattles, and double chins and then work with you individually to perfect your technique.
Admission is $10 per session. Ticket holders can bring along a friend for free!
